Jeff Henshaw Tripcast help leads here... to Cluster Labs help. Tripcast users likely don't know what Cluster is, and none of these help pages reference Tripcast. Cool that you have spun out a new project, but you need to have specific help for that project such as to not confuse people.

Agnes Talde Hello, I’m not getting a verification email for my email on Homeroom. I’ve clicked “please verify emaiI” so many times and checked my junk and spam folders. I have an invitation from my child’s teacher, but I can’t access it without verifying my email first.

Samantharhouk I am trying to verify my email for my daughters new homeroom app. I've clicked "please verify email" several times and I am receiving NO emails from Homeroom to do so. The same thing is also happening to my husband. It's infuriating. I've checked spam and junk folders. I can't access the invitation from my daughter's preschool teacher without verifying. What can I do?? Why is this happening? I also submitted two support tickets/emails 6-7 hours ago and have heard nothing back. Very disappointed in the level of customer service and support.

Casey Amayun I am having the same issues with verification and have submitted several support emails/tickets over the past month with zero response from this program. What will be the response time on the open tickets. I'm very disappointed in this program and customer service.

I am not receiving the verification email from my child's teacher. I have tried several times. We also just tried on my husband's email address, and that is not working either. We have the "invitation waiting" on 2 homeroom app accounts with 2 different emails, and neither will receive the verification email. What can we do?? Thank you!
