How do I download ALL the photos from a group album to my device (for future accessibility outside of the app)?

MOBILE: After you are in the specific group/album you are trying to download the photos from: Tap on the "Settings" icon (This is a gear/cog on iPhone, and an icon with settings sliders on Android). Tap "Get Backup of Photos/Videos" and then "Create Archive" upon which you will be emailed an archive of high-resolution photos from this particular group album for you to use however you'd like.

WEB: Click on the "Settings" button at the foot of the cover banner for the specific group/album you are trying to download photos from. Click "Get backup of Photos/Videos" and then "Build Archive" upon which you will be emailed an archive of high-resolution photos from this particular group album for you to use however you'd like.

Is there a way to select a bunch of photos but not all and just download those?

Hello,  Is it possible to know the time frame or progress on an archive creation?  I've got a fairly large feed and I requested an archive for it several days ago.  I have not received an email or found a link to download under that feeds 'settings' page.

    Thank you!

I don't know about any of you but I have tried SEVERAL times to download my group's photos following the directions above for the MOBILE app. I have checked my spam folder but still no zip file. It should be noted that the WEB account does not have the option to download photos. I have emailed "support" but they have not responded. It would be a terrible tragedy if these photos disappear before I have a chance to save them!!!

I too have an issue with the final backup of all my feeds. Tried to generate the archives from both the web and mobile app, no link received yet, and on the web it does not show a generated link either.

Same here. We have had no luck generating archives of photos spanning our son's first 7 years. Please help us download our photos.

Thank you for providing a download of our 'Houston' stream. We have downloaded the data.

Please also provide a download of our "Family" stream. This stream is a chronicle of our son's first 7 years. We really do not want to lose that.

I've been a user of Daily Kiddo, the kid / family version of the Cluster app, for years. I got notice a couple of months ago that the service was shutting down and sent several requests for an archive to be generated, but never received any email or link.

I'm so incredibly frustrated at this entire experience.

I mean, sure, I understand the services come and go, but what's the point of providing a link to create a downloadable archive if you never, ever get a link to said archive? I was going to try to use a web crawler like HTTrack Website Copier to see if I could automatically browse the site and download that way, but the domain name dailykiddo.com is now no longer working. So that's it. Short of some sort of miracle response from the site owners, I guess this is adios to 7 years of photos, videos, and most importantly -- comments on the videos.

Fortunately, everyone who contributed to the site has the originals backed up on their phone / iCloud photos / Google Photos, and we are recreating as much of the album as we can on another service, but still, we're saddened at the loss of the comments which captured all of our feelings at the time.

Sigh. Goodbye Kiddo, it was fun while it lasted.
