Cathy I have been trying to reset my password for over a month unsuccessfully. Every time I enter my email address and hit submit forgot my password, I wait for an email and never receive one. Please help me change my password! I use this account for work and my inability to use Cluster is a huge problem.

Semarley I too, having been trying for months to change my password. I have tried asking for a new password using the link at the top of this thread and by using the 'forgotten password' but I don't receive the email with the 'button to click'. Once I did receive the email with the supposed 'button to click' but there was no button. I even tried opening the email in various mails and on my phone but it didn't work. I submitted a request for hep 22/12/2021 so hopefully I will hear back.
But in the meantime, if anyone did find a solution, I would be grateful.
